At Dassault Systèmes, we strongly believe inclusion and diversity are vital and are committed to maintaining a diverse workforce and inclusive environment, in which truly disruptive innovations can be imagined and delivered. The Women’s Initiative (WIN) Spotlight showcases stories of the amazing individuals who work in our Asia Pacific South offices.
Tanchanok Deamsantia is based in Thailand and has been with Dassault Systèmes since we acquired No Magic in 2018.
A confident woman, she attributes her self-reliance to having grown in a girls’ boarding school. “My parents thought I would learn how to be responsible for myself, and learn how to deal with life challenges from a very young age.”
More than 10 years ago, when she was with No Magic, Tanchanok was given the opportunity to be a part of management for the company. “I led the company in Thailand where I worked with Asians, Europeans and Americans. All our staff were mostly men and I was the only woman leading the company at the time. I am proud that I was able to get through all types of challenges as a Thai woman working for an American company.”
Joining a company through acquisition is not always easy. “It was not easy for me during the integration. I have faced many challenges during the acquisition, but I persevered and was able to adapt to changes. I am looking forward to growing with the Dassault Systèmes family.”
