Can you name one product that doesn’t involve logistics?
It’s amazing how much logistics is part of our lives, and how much we take it for granted. So this Supply Chain Day, join us in celebrating the role of logistics by trying your hand at one of our exciting challenges below.
Smart Trucker Challenge
The rules of the game are simple enough. You guide trucker Nick along a simple street plan to collect and deliver parcels. The better your routes (shortest time, least number of miles), the better your chance of winning. Ready to show off your moves? Help Nick the trucker deliver all parcels in time.
Airport Blitz
Sunnyville Airport is in trouble! Long lines and missed flights have landed the airport in the red. Your goal? To make the most profits for the airport by making sure passengers are happy, spend lots of money at duty free, and board their flights on time. Ready to run an airport on a floating island? Join forces with airport planner Nick to save the day.
The top scorer for each game on 16 April will win a prize, so give it your best. Terms and conditions apply.
Leading the way with world class technology
Logistics is the glue that holds supply chains together and is one of our key areas of expertise. We have been solving logistics puzzles for over 15 years and hold many vehicle routing world records. It’s no wonder our planning software is used to:
- Deliver millions of parcels every day for DHL Express
- Plan and optimize drivers schedules and trains for DB Schenker Rail
- Organize the transit of cargo by truck, train, and ferry for P&O Ferrymasters

Beyond logistics, we’re leading the way in supply chain planning technology with our intelligent, single platform solution. It lets companies plan and schedule every aspect of their supply chain, from transportation to manufacturing.
In China, Carlsberg is using Quintiq software at 41 breweries to plan the production of its beverages. Our software gives Carlsberg a single, transparent view of its operations in the country and allows its planners to perform sales and operations planning (S&OP), master production scheduling, and detailed scheduling on a single, connected platform.
