The Inspect and Correct Feature is specifically designed to help users find any errors in data that was able to pass validation and business rules. When geologists and engineers have confidence in their reported production data, there is a greater ability to confirm and justify changes required in the reconciliation procedure. Inspect and Correct allows users to create specific views of data that can be shared across the organisation, thereby saving time and ensuring consistency in data approvals. These views allow geologists, engineers, shift supervisors or data entry clerks to quickly identify any potential errors in the production data that will be used for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
Other improvements in this latest InSite release are in Shift Management and Central Monitoring. Shift Management now helps shift supervisors and control room operators make last minute changes quickly and more easily to the short term schedule. And, all changes are fully auditable. The central monitoring improvements include tighter GEOVIA GEMS™ and AeroScout integration. These improvements allow near real time visualisation of map updates and activity details on the highly graphical central monitoring interface.
We are very excited about the advancements in the reconciliation offering that will assist geologists, mining engineers, shift supervisors and managers have greater confidence in reported production data, and the ability to make near real time production decisions. With greater data accuracy and improved speed and quality of shift planning updates, we are sure this latest release of InSite will prove an invaluable asset to your mining operation.
