Following last week’s post from our CEO Raoul Jacquand, we are pleased to announce that the final step in GEOVIA’s integration to the Dassault Systèmes family is underway.
The GEOVIA.com website has now been migrated to 3ds.com, joining the other Dassault Systèmes brands with a fresh new look and feel.
To help you navigate the new website, here’s a rundown on what the sections contain:
- Products: This link provides an overview of all our geology and mine planning products: Surpac, GEMS, Minex, MineSched, Whittle, PCBC and Insite. Click through each of the product names to go to the specific product page.
- Services: When our customers don’t have the time or in-house resources available, GEOVIA’s Centers of Excellence (CoEs) can assist with geology, engineering and operations activities. Our three global CoEs (Asia-Pacific, the Americas and EMEAR) can provide our customers with a range of services to help maximize mining productivity.
- Resource Center: The Resource Center is a central repository of documents such as product brochures, datasheets, demo videos, whitepapers, customer stories and more. Use the filters on the left hand side to drill down by product name or category.
- eSeminars: For on-demand webinars, visit this link to dive deeper into specific product functionality (filters are by brand only).
- Training: All training courses, outlines and dates will be listed on the 3ds.com Training Page. Click the GEOVIA Course Catalog button to display regional training information.
Localization
We are currently localizing GEOVIA content into French, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Swedish and Russian; all of which should be available soon and communicated to customers once complete.
3DS Support Access
The new GEOVIA website will not affect your access to 3DS Support, for all our customers under our Maintenance & Support program. Please continue to download GEOVIA software releases and updates from 3DS Support, or read this post for more detail.
