Users can collaborate in real-time and receive updates when they occur. Notifications (through e-mail and messages) provide effective status updates with links, pictures or other platform activities.

Visualize designs and review GEOVIA outputs (and other file types) on all devices in real-time from one location. View 3D models with instinctive functions and tools to annotate, section, comment, share and publish data to relevant stakeholders.

Users collaborate with each other in real-time by using conversations chat application to message, or make audio or video calls for a more seamless communication experience with all stakeholders within the enterprise.
• Seamless secure file sharing
Connecting users with the right data at the right time. Cloud-based file storage allows users to store and access data on any device from a central repository. Relevant stakeholders can comment, share folders or a single file of data across the mining value chain within the enterprise.
Hosted on the cloud, all data within file storage is backed up by secure Dassault Systèmes data centers.
Adoption of the secure file storage on the platform is acquainted, as it presents a familiar folder architecture to users, which can be indexed and catalogued to create reusable intellectual assets.
Additionally, stakeholders can collate data from several cloud drives such as Dropbox and Google Drive or seamlessly interact with Microsoft Windows Explorer on platform secure file storage.
