If you are a GEOVIA customer, you may be aware that we are now using the 3DS Support portal. On the new 3DS Support portal, users can access relevant documentation, download software updates including hotfixes, access the knowledge base, and interact with other users and GEOVIA technical staff on the Discussion Board.
Consequently, we will be discontinuing the old GEOVIA Support System on December 31, 2017. The Discussion Board will remain active. If you are already using 3DS Support and have your DS Passport login details, then please continue to do so, but if you are still using the old GEOVIA Support System, please see the below instructions.
What do I do if I am using the old support system?
You should have already received an email from 3DS Support containing your new DS Passport login details. If you have not, please email GEOVIA.Support@3ds.com or give us a call. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it here.
Once you receive your new DS Passport login, please submit all future support requests through one of the following methods:
1. Online by going to www.3ds.com/support and click on “Submit a request“.
2. Send an email to Support.NewRequest@3ds.com
