Dassault Systèmes’ extended its focus on digitalization of the Indian manufacturing sector and launched an upcountry roadshow- 3DEXPERIENCE on WHEELS. The 3DEXPERIENCE on WHEELS, a mobile lounge with 3DEXPERIENCE platform demonstrations will tour the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra connecting the manufacturing hubs.
The campaign was flagged off in Chennai by Samson Khaou, Managing Director, India, Dassault Systèmes and Prasanta Kr Das, Vice President, Value Solutions, Dassault Systèmes, India. Over a span of 90 days, the 3DEXPERIENCE on WHEELS will cover 10+ Districts in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra which are key hubs of automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing companies.
The 3DEXPERIENCE on WHEELS is equipped with 5 demo stations to showcase the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The demonstrations capture two overall themes- ‘From Design to Manufacturing’ capturing aspects of product design on CATIA, product simulation on SIMULIA and manufacturing processes on DELMIA alongside Dassault Systèmes Industry Solution Experiences for industries like Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Engineering and Transportation and Mobility. ‘Inspiring New Horizons’ captures demonstrations on new technologies like Cloud and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing).
The 3DEXPERIENCE platform offers end-to-end engineering, manufacturing and business capabilities to enable SMEs to generate efficiency, cost effectiveness and reductions in accumulated waste by harnessing the data essential to the operation of their enterprise.
