Dassault Systèmes is very focused on helping to prepare the next generation of the STEM workforce. Starting with new software designed to bolster student interest in design, we are always thinking and looking at new ways to help students discover new interests and hone their skills.
On Thursday, April 28, several of our executives will be taking part in the Global Stem Talent Summit. During the event a number of nation’s top employers will join industry thought-leaders in Washington DC to create strategies for filling millions of skilled jobs openings throughout the STEM fields. Led by STEMconnector®, the day-long event serves as a platform for discussion, sharing best practices in STEM talent development strategies, networking and taking collective action to drive scale and speed in helping to solve for the STEM shortfall. The Summit is the first step in this private sector initiative to tackle the STEM talent gap.
From Dassault Systèmes will be Al Bunshaft, President and CEO, DS Government Solutions, Debbie Dean, Vice President, Dassault Systèmes Americas General Counsel and John Doud, Director Partner Success Management.
The entire even will be livestreamed beginning at 8:30 AM. Al Bunshaft will be on a panel addressing “Career-Focused Experiential Learning: An Unlock For STEM 2.0” from 9:45-10:45am.
