Discover the Future of Additive Manufacturing at RAPID+TCT

While additive manufacturing is rapidly evolving to move past innovative prototyping towards production-ready manufacturing, many enterprises continue to have difficulty expanding beyond the basics.

Join Dassault Systèmes at RAPID + TCT (Booth#E-7810) taking place September 13-15 at McCormick Place, Chicago, and discover the latest trends and technology solutions in the growing field of additive manufacturing. Dassault Systèmes manufacturing experts will be on-hand to demonstrate its full portfolio of integrated solutions across the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to help companies unlock the true power of end-to-end additive manufacturing by connecting across multiple disciplines, including design, manufacturing and simulation.

Colin Swearingen

Known worldwide as North America’s most important and largest additive manufacturing event, RAPID + TCT provides an environment to learn about the latest 3D technologies, experience 200+ hands-on exhibits, learn real-world additive manufacturing solutions from the industry’s most respected experts and network with thousands of industry peers. At the RAPID + TCT conference, over 100 industry leaders go beyond the hype to bring you real-world solutions to advance your manufacturing processes. Dassault Systèmes additive manufacturing leaders will present in the conference session below:

Advancing Additive Manufacturing with Functional Generative Design, featuring Colin Swearingen, CATIA  Industry Process Consultant, and Rani Richardson, North America Program Marketing Director, Dassault Systemes.
Rani Richardson

Session Description: Over the past year, generative design has really picked up steam as more and more companies invest in the “Factory of the Future” and  “Industry 4.0” as they see the benefits associated with automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies, the same benefits and principles that are clearly seen for design and simulation in generative design.  This presentation will explore engineering excellence for topology optimization that generates optimal design concepts while respecting functional requirements and specifications. Generative design captures all the best practices from a previously disjointed process and reduces the amount of time for engineers to identify new shapes that can maximize their business needs.  Through the presentation we will move the discussion from ideation  to exploration and ultimately into how companies across our industry are successfully leveraging generative design for the manufacture of  parts.

Dassault Systèmes experts will also deliver presentations in the TECH HUB on the RAPID exhibitor floor:

  • Monday, September 13, 10:30AM: Generative Design with SOLIDWORKS and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform – Which tool is the best fit for you?, featuring Andrew Barnes and Shreyas Vaidya.
  • Tuesday, September 14, 2:30PM: An End-to-End Additive Manufacturing Journey Told Through the Dassault Systèmes Solutions Portfolio, featuring Colin Swearingen.
  • Wednesday, September 15, 11:30AM, Print To Perform DS Additive Manufacturing Solution, featuring Dipesh Shah.

Register for a complimentary Exhibition-Only pass to RAPID (a $100 value) using our unique exhibitor link (Promo Code: RP21GUESTDASSAULT) and stop by Dassault Systèmes Booth #E-7810 to speak with one of our experts.
