Rani Richardson, Aerospace & Defense Lightweight Engineering Director for Dassault Systèmes and an expert in additive manufacturing will moderate a panel entitled, Aerospace & Defense and the Additive Manufacturing Journey: From Design to Manufacturability, taking place 4:15 to 4:45 PM on January 27th. The panel features;
- Jessica Kinman (Aerospace & Defense Industry Solution Experience, Senior Manager, Dassault Systèmes
- Rachel Fu, Portfolio Technical Director, R&D Strategy, Dassault Systèmes, and
- Laura Cordova, Project Manager AM, Fraunhofer Project Center at the University of Twente
The panelist will discuss how the Aerospace & Defense industry has been at the forefront of additive manufacturing and paved the way for other industries; how the industry is overcoming challenges of materials certification, and the panelists vision for additive manufacturing over the next decade, among other topics.
