logoThe store is re-inventing how it attracted customers by focusing on how their customers are experiencing their products, through a new service called Contained Home. The program allows customers to receive an in-home consultation from one of the company’s professional organizers. These organizers will come into a customer’s home and help them to organize their space using products from the Container Store. Who wouldn’t want their own personal organizer?
