While Dassault Systèmes is most certainly a global company, we are also extremely proud of our presence here in North America, and in addition to having 2,800 Dassault Systèmes employees based in North America, 7 of our 12 brands are headquartered here as well.
As Navigate the Future continues to take shape we’ll look forward to your ongoing participation and input. Potential Areas for Exploration
While the direction will certainly evolve, here are few areas we are likely to focus on inside of the pages of Navigate the Future:
- New Markets and connected products. With the rapid pace of innovation, new opportunities can quickly establish themselves, and in particular we look forward to celebrating the Internet of Things as it continues to define itself.
- Big Data and Connecting the Dots. Big Data is acknowledged as vital to the Enterprise but there are still questions. What to do with this data? How to collect it? How to layer intelligence on it? Where should data reside?
- The Evolution of Product Lifecycles is another rich area we are excited about. Who are the stakeholders? What are the roles? Where are the next greatest layers of intelligence coming from? How do engineering and marketing communicate?
- People. New technologies require a workforce with aligned skills and talents. How do companies nurture their talent? How are companies resourcing based on technologies that have yet to be invented?
