Dassault Systèmes makes Forbes Best Employers list

They say you’re known by the company you keep. But what about the company your company keeps? When your company is in good company, now that’s exciting.

Here at 3DS, we’re proud to announce that Dassault Systèmes has been named to Forbes’s list of the World’s Best Employers for 2021.

The ranking comes at a time when labor shortages have locked employers everywhere in fierce competition to attract and retain top talent. From educational incentives to family-friendly benefits, employers around the world have tried to enhance their employee value proposition as working families are still finding their footing in the new or next normal.

To compile the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 150,000 full- and part-time workers from 58 countries working for multinational companies and institutions. The survey participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family, as well as evaluating other employers in their industries that stood out for good or bad reasons. Participants were asked about things like image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. The top 750 receiving the highest scores ultimately made the list.

Dassault Systèmes was ranked #19 overall, the highest placement of any company based in France. Engineering, manufacturing, retail and, of course, tech, were all well represented on the list. Samsung, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon and Apple were the five highest ranked companies, while Alphabet, Dell, Huawei, Adobe and BMW round out the top 10.
