Francois has been working in the field of simulation for more than 20 years, most of this time leading a group of engineers as part of the SIMULIA/Simpack team. During this time, he’s been involved in a multitude of projects for deploying simulation workflows in the automotive, truck, railway and drivetrain industries. As a mechanical engineer, he has personal interest in aerospace, robotics and mechatronics and has a strong passion with technology, scientific computing and history of engineering and mathematics, proudly owning a small collection of historical engineering textbooks. As a dad of 2 boys, he does not miss any opportunities to involve them in STEM activities, next project being an electric skateboard.
